About the role: Private Client Team Manager
As a Private Client Team Manager at Hepburns, you’ll be responsible for leading the Private Client Broking Team to ensure they meet the insurance needs of our clients and prospects. You’ll work closely with the Group Private Client Director, driving the team to deliver excellent broking advice and compliant sales. You’ll contribute to our mission by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and plan the prospecting, sales, and servicing of Personal and Commercial Insurance products.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with Hepburns’ strategy to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Encourage continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage, recruit, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, other functions, and industry bodies.
- Produce and act upon sales and customer service management information.
- Investigate and resolve complaints to ensure fair customer outcomes.
- Explore alternative products and approaches to improve performance.
- Deliver short-term projects as required by the Group Private Client Director.
What you’ll need:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Relevant professional qualification (or substantial progress towards) e.g., DIP CII.
- Experience leading and managing in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment.
- A track record of successfully delivering goals through teams.
- Experience in continuous improvement and managing change.
